Creator Partner Program Terms
Please read these terms before accepting a creator invitation. They describe code use, attribution, disclosure, commission validation, refunds, and PayPal payouts.
1. Parties and acceptance
These Partner Program Terms govern participation in the Marketing House MF Creator Partner Program. “Company,” “we,” and “us” mean Marketing House MF Oskar Finowski, Tax Identification Number PL6112840984. “Creator,” “you,” and “your” mean the approved participant. The agreement begins when you submit the secure onboarding form, check the acceptance box, and we approve or activate your participation.
2. Eligibility and approval
Participation is by invitation and subject to our approval. You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to contract, provide accurate identity, contact, social-profile and PayPal information, and keep it current. We may accept or reject an application at our discretion, subject to applicable law. One person or business may not operate duplicate accounts without written permission.
3. Personal code and customer discount
An approved Creator may receive a personal WooCommerce coupon that gives the purchasing customer 10% off eligible services. The code is personal to the Creator and must not be sold, transferred, altered, automatically injected, published on coupon-aggregation websites, promoted through misleading advertising, or used for the Creator’s own purchases unless we approve that use in writing. Codes may not apply to every service, fee, tax, third-party cost, or combined promotion.
4. Tracking and eligible revenue
A purchase is attributed only when the valid personal code is applied to the order in our checkout and the order records that code. Cookie, link-click, view-through, or verbal attribution is not promised. Eligible revenue is the amount actually paid to us for eligible services after discounts and excluding taxes, refunds, chargebacks, payment reversals, advertising spend, third-party costs, and amounts not retained by us. Our WooCommerce records control unless the Creator shows a clear technical error.
5. Commission and two-day validation
The commission rate is 10% of eligible revenue. An attributed order first remains pending. Commission becomes available only two full days after the service order is marked Completed in our system. This validation period allows us to check delivery, payment, misuse, and refund status. An order that is cancelled, failed, charged back, fully refunded, or partially refunded is excluded and its commission is voided or reversed. No commission is earned merely because a customer enters or sees a code.
6. Monthly PayPal payouts
Available commissions accumulated during a calendar month are paid only through PayPal to the verified PayPal email stored in the Creator profile, no later than the 15th day of the following calendar month. The Creator is responsible for maintaining a PayPal account able to receive the payment and for PayPal or currency-conversion fees charged to the Creator. If payment cannot be completed because information is missing, inaccurate, restricted, or rejected by PayPal, the amount carries forward until valid details are supplied. We do not pay pending, voided, or disputed commission.
7. Required disclosure and honest promotion
Whenever you promote the Company, a service, or your code, you must clearly and conspicuously disclose that you may receive a commission or benefit if someone buys using the code. The disclosure must be easy to notice and understand, close to the endorsement, and suitable for the format—for example, “Ad,” “Paid partnership,” or “I earn a commission when you use my code.” A profile bio or buried hashtag alone may be insufficient. Your statements must reflect your honest opinion and actual experience, and you must not make claims about results, prices, guarantees, or service features that we have not authorized or that you know are misleading. Follow FTC Endorsement Guides, platform rules, and all laws applying to you and your audience.
8. Brand, content and advertising restrictions
We grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive permission to use approved names, links, code and supplied brand materials only to promote the program. Do not register domains, handles, paid-search keywords, pages, or ads that impersonate us or use our marks without written approval. Do not send spam, use bots, cookie stuffing, forced redirects, fake reviews, trademark bidding, unlawful incentives, discriminatory targeting, or content that is deceptive, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise reasonably likely to damage the Company or customers.
9. Creator status, taxes and expenses
You participate as an independent contractor and not as our employee, agent, franchisee, joint venturer, or legal representative. You cannot bind us or make commitments for us. You control how and when you create lawful promotional content. You are responsible for your equipment, costs, permits, registrations, invoices, tax reporting, social-insurance obligations, and taxes arising from commission payments. We may request tax or identity documentation where required by law.
10. Data and account security
We process Creator identity, email, social links, PayPal email, acceptance record, order attribution, and payment data to administer the program, prevent misuse, maintain records, and comply with law, as further described in our Privacy Policy. Keep account credentials and invitation links confidential and notify us promptly of unauthorized access or inaccurate payout details. The 15-day onboarding link is single-use and expires automatically.
11. Review, suspension and termination
Either party may end participation at any time by written notice. We may immediately suspend a code, withhold disputed amounts, or terminate participation for suspected fraud, misleading promotion, disclosure failure, self-referrals, refund manipulation, legal or platform violations, security risk, inactivity, or material breach. Valid available commission earned before termination remains payable unless it arose from prohibited conduct, refund, reversal, or fraud. Provisions that by nature should survive—including payment reconciliation, taxes, confidentiality, intellectual property, liability, and disputes—continue after termination.
12. Changes and program availability
We may change the program, eligible services, rates, discount, payment process, or these Terms prospectively. Material changes will be communicated through the account or supplied contact details where reasonably practicable. Changes do not retroactively reduce commission already available. We may pause or discontinue the program, but will account for valid available commission under the version applicable when it was earned.
13. Records, corrections and disputes
Review dashboard statistics and report a suspected error within 30 days after the relevant monthly payout date. We may correct duplicate, fraudulent, refunded, reversed, or technically erroneous entries and provide a reasonable explanation. The parties should first try to resolve disputes in good faith by email. These Terms are governed by Polish law, without removing mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Courts competent for the Company’s registered office have jurisdiction where legally permitted.
14. Liability and general terms
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the program is provided without a guarantee of traffic, purchases, revenue, or uninterrupted tracking. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability arising from the program is limited to unpaid valid commission for the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited. If a provision is unenforceable, it is limited to the minimum necessary and the remainder continues. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
15. Contact
Questions, corrections, termination notices, and payout-detail updates should be sent to contact@marketinghmf.com.
