2. Information we collect

  • Account and contact information, including name, email address, business name, and billing details.
  • Order, selected Service, pricing, payment status, transaction, cancellation, and refund information. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and should not be stored by this website.
  • Project instructions, messages, uploaded source documents, creative materials, delivery files, revisions, and operational records.
  • Device, browser, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, referral source, pages viewed, interactions, consent records, security events, and advertising or campaign identifiers.
  • Information provided when contacting support, exercising privacy rights, or submitting feedback.

3. How information is collected

Information may be collected directly from the Customer, automatically from the Customer’s browser or device, from payment and communications providers, and from advertising, analytics, social-media, security, or referral partners. Source DOCX files selected for supported Services remain in the Customer’s browser until payment confirmation and are then uploaded as described during checkout.

4. Purposes and legal bases

Information is used to create accounts; price, process, perform, and deliver Services; verify payments; secure the website; prevent fraud; communicate about projects; provide support; maintain records; comply with law; establish or defend legal claims; measure website and campaign performance; and improve the website, Services, and advertising.

Depending on the context and applicable law, processing is based on performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests, consent, or another lawful basis. Consent may be withdrawn for future processing where consent is the applicable basis.

5. Third-party services, cookies, pixels, and targeted advertising

The website may use third-party providers for hosting, content delivery, security, payment processing, email or project communications, analytics, social-media features, advertising measurement, and advertising delivery. These services may use cookies, tracking pixels, tags, SDKs, local storage, server-side conversion interfaces, or similar technology.

When enabled and permitted by the Customer’s choices and applicable law, these technologies may collect or receive IP address, browser and device attributes, identifiers, referral and campaign data, viewed pages, interactions, cart or purchase events, and conversion information. They may help measure ads, build or understand audiences, prevent repeated or irrelevant advertising, personalize or improve ads, and improve Services. Third parties may combine information with data they already hold and process it under their own privacy notices.

Depending on applicable U.S. state law, disclosure of identifiers and internet activity for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising may be treated as “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted-advertising processing even when no money changes hands. Available opt-out choices can be exercised through Cookie Settings, a recognized Global Privacy Control signal where supported, or by contacting us. Essential security, account, and checkout technologies cannot always be disabled.

6. Recipients and disclosures

Information may be disclosed to service providers and contractors that support hosting, security, payments, communications, file delivery, analytics, advertising, professional advice, and legal compliance; to authorities where legally required; or in connection with a lawful business reorganization. Customer project files are not disclosed to advertising providers for targeted advertising.

7. International transfers

Providers and Customers may be located in different countries. Where required, cross-border transfers are supported by appropriate contractual or legal safeguards. Laws in a recipient country may differ from those in the Customer’s location.

8. Retention and security

Information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, including project delivery, account support, tax and accounting obligations, dispute handling, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. Source-file retention follows the period shown in the account or store settings. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

9. Privacy rights and choices

Depending on location and applicable law, a person may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a portable copy of personal information; withdraw consent; opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or sharing; limit certain sensitive-data uses; and appeal a privacy decision. We may verify identity before responding. Exercising a protected right will not result in unlawful discrimination.

10. Children

The website and Services are not directed to children under 13 and are not knowingly offered to children. Advertising technologies should not be used to knowingly target children in violation of applicable law.

11. Changes and contact

This Policy may be updated when practices or legal requirements change. The current version and update date will be posted on this page. Privacy requests may be sent to:
