Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last updated: August 12, 2026. This Policy applies only to Services. No physical goods are sold through this website.

1. Before work begins

A Customer may request cancellation before work begins. If no work has been performed and no non-refundable third-party cost has been committed, the Provider may refund the Service price, less payment-provider costs that cannot be recovered, where lawful.

2. After work begins

Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, any approved refund after work begins is limited to the portion of the paid Service price reasonably attributable to work not yet performed. The Provider may retain the value of completed work, reserved or used production time, and non-refundable third-party costs. The calculation will be based on documented scope, milestones, time, or another reasonable measure appropriate to the Service.

After receiving a partial refund, the Customer may ask for the completed portion. Delivery of an incomplete, draft, editable, or production-stage file is at the Provider’s discretion unless mandatory law or a written agreement requires delivery. The Provider may withhold material that cannot lawfully or practically be transferred, includes restricted third-party assets, presents a security or confidentiality risk, or is not a usable deliverable.

3. Customized, editing, formatting, and translation Services

These Services are prepared to the Customer’s specifications. Once work begins, no voluntary refund is due for work already performed. If cancellation is permitted, any refund is limited to the unperformed portion after the deductions described above. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

4. Completed or accepted Services

Except for mandatory rights or a material failure to match the agreed scope, the completed portion of a Service is non-refundable after the Customer accepts the work or downloads the final deliverable. Downloading a final file does not remove a non-waivable right concerning defective or non-conforming performance.

5. Corrections and revisions

A Customer should report a material problem promptly and identify the affected requirement. Where appropriate, the Provider may offer correction, re-performance, or an included revision before approving a monetary remedy. Requests outside the agreed scope may require an additional fee.

6. Statutory withdrawal and mandatory rights

Nothing in this Policy removes a right that cannot lawfully be waived. Where a statutory withdrawal right applies and the Customer requested performance to begin during the withdrawal period, the Customer may be required to pay for the portion performed before withdrawal. A fully performed Service may cease to be withdrawable where the Customer expressly agreed to immediate performance and acknowledged the applicable consequence, as required by law.

7. How to request cancellation or a refund

Send the order number, requested outcome, and relevant explanation to the contact below. Do not send payment-card details by email. We will review the project status, completed work, third-party costs, and applicable mandatory rights before responding.
